As an Operational Risk Governance Strategic Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing model-related compliance and operational risk for the Single-Family Acquisitions Division. Your responsibilities will include implementing model risk and control activities to effectively mitigate risk, designing processes and controls to mitigate risk, and monitoring second-line-of-defense model findings.


The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in model risk management, governance, and controls, with a fundamental understanding of technology and model risk management. Additionally, you will need to have experience with reporting tools and running queries to produce reports, as well as a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team that is dedicated to creating an impact and working in a dynamic and flexible environment. As an Operational Risk Governance Strategic Advisor, you will be responsible for implementing model risk and control activities, designing processes and controls to mitigate risk, and monitoring second-line-of-defense model findings.
