Business Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team at Paradox Marketing. As a key member of our Communications and Customer Service Team, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with our clients.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience working in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or other related fields. They should be people-oriented and passionate about building relationships, with a charismatic and personable demeanor that transpires to fellow team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining business and client relationships
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving client issues and concerns
- Maintaining open communication between clients, their consumers, and our team
- Utilizing product knowledge to upsell products and services as needed
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields is preferred. The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
