Service Receptionist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and directing customers to the appropriate department or person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take accurate messages and direct calls to the appropriate department or person.
- Greet customers as they enter the dealership showroom and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Participate in required training.
- Record all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system.
- Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Demonstrate the Company's Core Values.
- Comply with Company policies and procedures.
- Observes all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment is desired.
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills are required.
- Basic computer skills to utilize the timekeeping system are necessary.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products is required.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
Work Environment:
The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and some holidays.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
