Office Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Assistant to join our team at Shoup Legal. A Professional Law Co. As an Office Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and send outgoing mail, packages, and envelopes
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to team members
- Send appointment reminders via email, text, and phone call
- Maintain inventory stock of office supplies and reorder as needed
- Provide front desk support and serve as a backup to the receptionist
- Perform general office duties, including IT issues, moving office furniture, and setting up new equipment
- Run office errands, such as delivering client documents and court filings
- Maintain and organize off-site storage
- Oversee facilities, including maintaining break room cleanliness and performing liaison functions between the firm and vendors
- High school diploma required; relevant degree or certification preferred
- Prior experience in a law firm preferred
- Strong working knowledge of office procedures
- Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
- Excellent typing skills, up to 30 wpm
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work successfully in a repetitive and fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Highly reliable with excellent attendance
$18-$20 per hour
