Office Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team at Shoup Legal. A Professional Law Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our offices, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including coordinating office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facilities management.
  • Prepare invoices, process accounts payable, collect payments, and prepare financial reports.
  • Supervise the receptionist and office services assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers, ensuring cost-effective and quality services.
  • Track office expenses and monitor the office budget.
  • Order office supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory.
  • Develop and administer departmental and firm procedures, providing necessary training and resources to the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.
  • Previous billing/AP/AR experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with managing IT vendors.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • High School Diploma is required.
