Job Overview

Bish's RV INC is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Revenue Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing budgets, and optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
    • Design and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Manage Budgets and Financial Operations
    • Plan and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
    • Implement cost control techniques to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Optimize Inventory Levels
    • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels
    • Monitor and analyze inventory turnover to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals
    • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team members meet sales targets
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
