Job Title: Workflow Support Coordinator

Segra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workflow Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless end-to-end processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to pre and post sales inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide guidance to internal customers on data flow and required fields for end-to-end flowthrough.
  • Support the development and implementation of processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to represent pre and post sales processes and workflows for system and tool implementations.
  • Provide training and act as a subject matter expert on pre and post sales processes, methods, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Prior professional experience is desired, but not required. We consider entry-level candidates with a strong knowledge of MS Office and a desire to learn.
  • Must have strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, etc.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • MS Office knowledge.
  • Knowledge and experience with process and workflow management.
  • Demonstrated clear, informative, persuasive, and collaborative verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit honesty, integrity, and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Possess a strong work ethic in supporting internal customer needs, responding promptly and consistently.
