Job Title: CRM Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CRM Coordinator to oversee the transition from Zoho CRM to Microsoft Dynamics Sales Professional (CRM) and Business Central. This role involves collaborating with an external firm to manage the migration of and later lead the ongoing customization and development of our CRM/ERP solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM/ERP Migration and Implementation:
    • Collaborate with the external migration team to ensure a smooth transition from CRM/ERP systems post-migration POC.
  • System Customization and Development:
    • Coordinate external developer's and contractor's project timelines, and deliverables, and monitor quality.
    • Perform development and customization within ERP systems.
    • Collaborate internally with departments to identify and implement system enhancements and new features.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Develop and distribute system reports and maintain comprehensive dashboards by utilizing Microsoft Power-BI tools.
    • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Automation and Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with staff to identify opportunities for automation within and around CRM/ERP systems.
    • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, and similar technologies to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to internal users on CRM/ERP systems and tools.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics Sales Professional and Business Central.
  • Strong understanding of CRM/ERP workflows, customization, and development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power-BI for reporting and data visualization.
  • Experience managing external developers and technical projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Zoho CRM.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate and Zapier.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, or a Business-Related Field OR equivalent experience.

This is a full-time position. The job is in-office, in-person only. Reliable transportation to the office is required. Our working hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at our office in Tampa.
