Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information between recruiters, candidates, and internal clients
  • Partner with experienced recruiters on pipeline priorities and adjust search efforts
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to drive hiring workflow requirements and meet KPIs
  • Coordinate pre-interview and post-interview meetings, and provide materials for both
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of hiring manager, team, and candidate activities as needed
  • Collect, initiate, and execute reference checks on candidates
  • Create and share weekly reporting on active hiring workflows
Requirements
  • 1+ years of recruiting coordinator, HR, or administrative experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and sensitivity when dealing with high-profile executives and confidential information
