Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably with technical products.
  • Experience with AS400 is advantageous.
  • Proficient in a Windows environment, with skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
