Phlebotomy Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Support Specialist to join our team at Salem Hospital. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for providing phlebotomy services to all clients, working under the direction of the Phlebotomy Coordinator(s), Operations Manager, and Phlebotomy Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of support services to the laboratory
- Provide phlebotomy services for all clients
- Work effectively with a wide range of personalities, technical and support staff
- Ability to handle several processes concurrently
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Certificate of completion in Phlebotomy or Medical Assisting required
- Valid and current driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of phlebotomy experience and demonstrated proficiency in the phlebotomy field
- Personal vehicle
