Job Summary

The Chief Human Resources Officer at NorthPoint Search Group Inc is responsible for overseeing the employee programs, including recruiting top talent, developing current team members, and implementing HR processes and partnerships. This leader contributes to the growth of the organization by creating, developing, and leading core processes in support of our growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive leadership, management, and accountability principles

• Promote and preserve the company culture by developing and implementing initiatives around culture and employee engagement

• Lead a continuous learning environment in professional and personal development: programs, mentorship, resource management

• Design, plan, and implement human resources programs and policies related to staffing, benefits, and training/onboarding

• Foster an open, respectful, and fair working environment

• Effectively navigate the organization and external partners to leverage resources

• Provide compelling thought leadership in HR Department processes, systems, and culture

• Assist leadership in compensation modeling

• Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Compliance: LMA (Leadership, Management, Accountability), L10s, 5x5x5 Quarterly Discussions

• Recruiting hiring targets within budget guidelines: sales and service

• Employee onboarding survey results

• Employee Engagement scores

• Employee turnover targets

What We Offer

Base salary $85,000-$120,000 plus excellent benefits and a great corporate culture.
