Human Resources Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join our team at Six Senses Vana. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our HR and training functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing HR and training plans based on systematic research and needs analysis.
- Provide information to prepare an expenditure budget for the training department.
- Coordinate with Home Office on new mandatory training programs and materials.
- Assist with recruitment and interview processes.
- Assist with coordination of new hire orientation and training for new hosts.
- Assist with various host events and initiatives, as well as other administrative duties.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business, preferably in Human Resources.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar setting.
- Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Advanced MS Office and Outlook platforms.
- Fluent in English.
