Job Title: Recruiting Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Recruiting Administrator to join our team. As a Recruiting Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the information involved in the employment life cycle, ensuring compliance with all related processes, and dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the employment life cycle, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
* Ensure compliance with all related processes and regulations
* Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
* Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
* Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

* High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
* Minimum of 2 years general office or administrative experience, involving confidential information
* Demonstrated Office/Computer Systems experience
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from an accredited institution
* Previous Human Resources experience
