Job Description

Job Summary:

Medical Guardian is seeking an experienced Installation Coordinator to join our team. As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and onboarding new independently contracted installers. You will use our customized system to review applications, conduct phone screenings, and contract with installers in a specifically assigned region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation Management: Ensure all installations are completed within the specified timeframe, meeting state and agency level SLAs and compliance requirements.
  • Installer Management: Monitor job activity queues daily for installer hiring and performance-related tasks, with the goal of properly staffing to ensure installation timelines are adhered to.
  • Customer Communication: Coordinate with consumers, consumer's contacts, and Care Managers and internal sales teams to drive toward getting our devices installed.
  • Application Review: Review applications to determine which candidates meet specific criteria for the installer position.
  • Performance Management: Effective communication with department Administrator and leadership regarding territory recruiting needs and progress.
  • Installer Performance: Review installer performance, counsel, suspend, or terminate as needed.
  • Installation Support: Personally complete any installs that are not scheduled to ensure installation SLAs are met.
  • Travel: Cover a travel radius of approximately 50-75 miles to complete installations as necessary.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop tactics and strategies to increase member contact rates and have positive impacts on key metrics.
  • Reporting: Present monthly metrics to the business to show territory health.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed department and company level KPI expectations and compile and present territory performance data.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to multitask and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, specifically a friendly phone demeanor, the ability to thoroughly interview over the phone.
  • Technical Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Exhibit professionalism in all interactions with external and internal customers.
  • Technical Ability: Ability to navigate CRM system and onboarding platform with ease.
  • Urgency: Must possess a sense of urgency in resolving time-sensitive escalated requests.
  • Technical Savviness: Technically savvy.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications required.
  • Experience: Previous experience with phone interviewing or recruiting or contractor management a plus.
  • Remote Hiring: Remote hiring or supervision and Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation.
