Job Overview

Mt. Indie is seeking a skilled Logistician to support a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Air Operations Center (AOC) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistical support, including material receipt, handling, warehousing, tracking, shipment, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track materials throughout the logistics lifecycle, from procurement to installation in country.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure 100% tracking of all materials and equipment.
  • Provide recurring inventory reports and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Coordinate with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) for material pick up and shipping documentation.
  • Package, label, and ship materials in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Conduct inventory checks and notify the customer of missing or damaged items.
  • Coordinate with on-site personnel regarding warehousing, tools, equipment, vehicles, storage, and lay down areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Valid US driver's license.
  • Valid forklift license.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in DoD/Military logistics management.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience using logistics/inventory management software.
  • Experience with CONUS and OCONUS shipments for DoD/Military customers.
  • Experience working on-site OCONUS in a logistics role strongly preferred.
  • Willing and able to travel for up to 6 months on-site in the Middle East.
  • Experience with Export Control Compliance, ITAR, including Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), permits, and export licenses.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
