Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Flexible Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our rental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers on their rental needs and provide personalized recommendations to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Offer products and services to customers, overcoming objections and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Ensure that customers receive world-class customer service and sales support.
  • Shuttle customers to and from the rental location, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids.
Requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of equipment operation, including computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and twist, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
