Description/Purpose of Role:

The Service Attendant is responsible for ensuring the club is clean and well-maintained at all times. This includes maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, assisting members with their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including hallways, elevators, and guest corridors.
  • Assist members with their needs, including providing information and resolving issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting members, responding to requests, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform daily tasks, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and taking out trash.
  • Organize and maintain the linen closet and ensure that all guest request items are managed and organized.
  • Post caution signs as needed to limit traffic in public areas.
  • Ensure that all metros with dirty linen are ready and staged for delivery from the linen company, and deliver the dirty and bring in the clean linen.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Relationships and Roles:

The Service Attendant works closely with all departments in the club, reporting to the Director of Services. This role is integrated throughout the club, and the Service Attendant is expected to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the club runs smoothly.

Goals:

The primary goal of the Service Attendant is to ensure the club looks meticulous at all times. This includes maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with other staff members to achieve this goal.

  • Proficient in English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
