Role Summary

We are seeking Speech Language Therapists to become integral members of our Home Health division.

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement treatment plans for clients who have experienced impairments in their ability to understand, express, or communicate due to developmental challenges, medical conditions, or injuries.

As a professional in this capacity, you will operate autonomously while adhering to the Speech/Language Practice Act and organizational policies and procedures.

Work scenarios will vary, necessitating initiative, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret information from multiple sources. A service-oriented mindset and sound judgment in decision-making are essential.

Essential Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in home health or hospice settings.
  • Required experience working with elderly and disabled populations.

COVID-19 Vaccination: Exemptions or accommodations will only be considered for documented medical conditions or religious beliefs.

Educational Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program is mandatory.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in speech-language pathology is required as per Medicare Conditions of Participation.
  • Current registration as a Speech/Language Pathologist.
  • Valid Texas State Driver's License and auto insurance.
  • CPR certification is required.
