Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) - Full-Time Positions

Soliant Health is seeking dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time positions in a school district. These positions offer services to students across multiple buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students in grades K-12.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication issues.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and growth.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and assist in setting IEP goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate student advancement, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Travel between buildings to serve approximately 50 students.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Prior experience working in an educational environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a diverse team.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and advancement.
