We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Pediatric Speech Therapist to provide high-quality Speech Therapy services to children in their homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
  • Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
  • Act as a vital member of the patients' medical team, coordinating care with other healthcare providers.
  • Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, progress summaries, and other paperwork.
  • Participate in regular meetings with agency personnel to maintain understanding of expectations and standards.

**Requirements**

  • A current and active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • An innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
  • Ability to use common workplace technology.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • 3+ years of experience as a pediatric Speech Therapist.
  • Experience in a home-health setting.
  • Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
