Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team in a school setting. As a Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric populations and develop your skills in assessment, treatment, and intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services, including individual and group sessions, to promote students' communication skills.
  • Collaborate with educational team members to create intervention strategies and support students' academic and social success.
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide input on speech and language goals and support students' educational planning.
  • Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology and best practices in pediatric therapy.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • CA state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and educational team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
