About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our Jennifer Kenna Home Selling Team as an Executive Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and collaborating with our marketing team to develop innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with expertise in market research, sales team training, and lead-generation strategies. They will be able to provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to improve performance and productivity, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies and promotional materials
  • Conduct market research to stay competitive and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to improve performance and productivity

Compensation:

  • A competitive salary of $100,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience
