Position Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing our esteemed GovCon clientele, focusing on enhancing customer loyalty and achieving team objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture existing relationships with Deltek GovCon clients, emphasizing retention and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate the renewal of services and subscriptions while promoting the usage and adoption of the Deltek product suite.
  • Explore opportunities for additional offerings and expansion of current services.
  • Oversee implementations, conversions, and upgrades throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Articulate the features and benefits of Deltek solutions, providing tailored recommendations to meet specific client needs.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients, ensuring alignment of Deltek's actions with their business strategies.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to share best practices and insights.
  • Utilize proficient sales techniques to optimize closure rates and streamline sales cycles.
  • Provide consistent reporting on account status, challenges, forecasts, and activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments, including Sales, Services, Support, Business Operations, Legal, and Finance.
  • Proactively monitor and report on customer engagement and success metrics.
  • Deliver solutions to critical client issues, applying insights to the Deltek Suite.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional sales and listening abilities to extract valuable information from clients, generate interest, and close deals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse situations and personalities.
  • Self-driven and proactive team player, efficient in time management and knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote sales and internal collaboration.
  • Organizational proficiency and technological competence for effective customer and business tracking.
  • Experience working within a motivated team to deliver a world-class client experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
