Event Sales Representative

Overview

The Event Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our private event space, the Jungle Room, at Halidom Eatery. This includes engaging with local groups, associations, and businesses to keep the event pipeline full throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently sell and book the Jungle Room for private events
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase event sales and revenue
  • Foster strong relationships with local influencers, community organizations, and businesses to enhance the venue's presence in the community
  • Manage all aspects of event sales, including direct client communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and synergy in event initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in event sales in the hospitality/restaurant industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with current trends in culinary, events, and social media industries
  • Experience with social media management and sales tools

What We Offer:

  • $65,000.00+/yr DOE + sales/event based bonuses + full benefits options and PTO
  • Full-time, hybrid schedule
