About the Role

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our AWS Cryptography team, dedicated to providing security features for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement scalable, customer-centric systems that protect customer keys and accelerate the use of cryptography in all AWS services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a massively scalable digital security system that is core to all AWS services.
  • Owning the complete software development lifecycle, including defining, prioritizing, designing, implementing, and testing new features for AWS Cryptography.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Compensation

Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
