About the Role:

GForce Life Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving our manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and Optimize Manufacturing Processes: Conduct thorough assessments of our manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing outcomes and enhance efficiency, including the introduction of new equipment and processes.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) Projects: Provide engineering expertise to support the introduction of new products into our manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for improving manufacturing performance and achieving organizational goals.
  • Apply Professional Judgement and Expertise: Utilize your experience and expertise to make informed decisions that contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; or equivalent practical knowledge gained through experience.
  • Experience: Strong understanding and application of engineering principles and concepts relevant to manufacturing processes, with experience in automation problem solving.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
