Job Overview

About the Role

  • Design and develop high-performance magnetic components, including prototypes and production-ready designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure customer specifications are met.
  • Work with operations and quality teams to transition designs into production and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Act as the primary engineering contact for completed products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineer Technology.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a product design role, preferably in the magnetic component industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Solid Works, with experience in cost-reducing ideas and design optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
