Key Responsibilities
  • Escalate and communicate issues in a timely manner, working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve network and video issues.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required.
  • Work on reconciling and monitoring workflows within specific turnaround times, ensuring excellent quality.
  • Investigate and provide resolution for cases/tickets concerning assets.
  • Participate in testing new tools and dashboards.
  • Maintain active awareness of multiple simultaneous case tickets, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide insights, RCA's, and suggestions based on observations from end customers and their experiences.
