Customer Support Manager

The Customer Support Manager plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by monitoring contract execution and serving as the voice of the customer within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a facilitator and coordinator to resolve customer issues and ensure proper follow-up
- Define the context and expected actions for ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor SAO performance and identify contributors to low performance
- Contribute to the development of improvement plans in coordination with concerned departments and responsible parties
- Lead the implementation of improvement plans to meet contractual commitments
- Organize regular reviews with customers, including performance reviews, and provide adequate reporting
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry
- A degree in Engineering or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
