Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational aspects of surveying customers at touchpoints across the customer journey
  • Ensure the Voice of the Customer is fed back into the value chain to continuously improve products, systems, and services
  • Partner with global markets to unlock relevant customer insights and improve customer experience
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns to refine customer segmentation, identify specific areas for improvement, and recommend ways to drive up Customer Satisfaction
  • Translate and visualize customer data into actionable insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Support, customer research, tools, and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills: LEAN/6-Sigma certification desired
  • Comfortable querying large, complex data sets and performing statistical/quantitative analysis and incorporating them into recommendations
  • Skilled at building and maintaining working relationships with stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a geographically distributed and cross-functional, multinational environment
  • Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics is a plus
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
