Core Responsibilities:

  • Service Request Management: Effectively organize and assign service calls to field personnel.
  • Communication Liaison: Function as the key contact for field staff, clients, and management.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle client inquiries and resolve challenges swiftly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Schedule Monitoring: Keep a close watch on schedules and make immediate adjustments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise records of service requests, schedules, and incidents.
  • Emergency Coordination: Manage emergency response initiatives as required.
  • Resource Management: Ensure optimal allocation of resources to meet operational needs.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with other departments to refine processes and elevate service quality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a dispatching role; experience in a call center is highly desirable.
  • Background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar service industries is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and call center software; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
