In this role, you will serve as the primary communication link among our clients, field service personnel, and various operational teams within the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Service Request Management: Effectively organize and assign service calls to field personnel.
- Communication Liaison: Function as the key contact for field staff, clients, and management.
- Issue Resolution: Handle client inquiries and resolve challenges swiftly to ensure satisfaction.
- Schedule Monitoring: Keep a close watch on schedules and make immediate adjustments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain precise records of service requests, schedules, and incidents.
- Emergency Coordination: Manage emergency response initiatives as required.
- Resource Management: Ensure optimal allocation of resources to meet operational needs.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with other departments to refine processes and elevate service quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a dispatching role; experience in a call center is highly desirable.
- Background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar service industries is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a focus on customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and call center software; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
