Key Responsibilities- Patrol and Inspect Wildhorse Resort and Casino properties to identify and address any potential security risks or concerns.
- Respond to Incidents promptly and effectively, providing first aid and securing medical assistance as needed.
- Conduct Investigations into accidents, injuries, property damage, theft, and other business disruptions.
- Monitor and Maintain fire suppression systems and ensure compliance with regulatory laws, policies, and procedures.
- Provide Escort Services for employees, visitors, and vendors as needed.
- Participate in Drop Team activities, requiring physical agility and strength to maneuver heavy drop carts.
- Record Accurate Summary of daily activities and maintain accurate logs and reports.
- Valid Driver's License with no history of motor vehicle-related citation or arrest conviction(s) within the last five (5) years.
- Excellent Communication Skills - verbally instructs, responds to questions, and has exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities.
- High School Diploma or GED or Ten (10) years of experience.
- CPR/First Aid Certification within 90 days of employment.
- Customer Service Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to Lift and Maneuver heavy drop carts weighing approximately 600 lbs.
- High-Security Gaming License Clearance and be at least 21 years of age.
