We're seeking a skilled Service Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for completing service requests in a timely and proficient manner, providing excellent customer service to our residents, and repairing and/or installing appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.

Responsibilities
  • Complete service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents
  • Repair and/or install appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
  • Comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Have at least 2 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Pass a criminal background check
