Senior Sales Executive

Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Sales Executive who excels at prospecting and thrives in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly with strong prospecting skills and experience selling to C-Suite executives.
Key Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on expanding our document management and e-waste services.
- Prospecting Success: Develop and execute a comprehensive prospecting plan tailored to the Denver metro area, utilizing all five mediums of prospecting-email, cold calling, social media, canvasing, and networking events-to identify and engage potential clients.
- Sales Pipeline Maintenance: Use our CRM platform to manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring you meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Client Education: Clearly articulate the benefits and processes of our document management services, engaging prospective customers in meaningful conversations.
- Enterprise Solutions Sales: Sell our extensive range of products and services, presenting them in a compelling and organized manner.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Networking: Attend trade shows and networking events to raise awareness of our company and offerings.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in a sales role, particularly with strong prospecting skills and experience selling to C-Suite executives.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Document Management, E-Waste, Copier Sales, or Shredding industries is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Sales Cycle Understanding: Deep understanding of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on hunting new business rather than account management.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Positive outlook with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
- Relationship Builder: Ability to establish trust and credibility with customers for long-term success.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational capabilities to juggle multiple priorities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey customer requirements.
- Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and adapt, embracing new strategies and techniques in sales.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong mathematical skills.
