Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Registering Patients
- Responsible for greeting incoming patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Completes pre-visit planning, including contacting patients for updated insurance information and verifying patient records.
- Administrative Duties
- Responsible for registering new patients and verifying patient information for existing patients.
- Collects co-pays and payments as needed.
- Answers inbound calls to schedule patients and serves as a liaison to clinical staff for patient questions.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Completes outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments.
- Provides exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance
- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
- Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong computer skills and experience with medical software preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
