Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Registering Patients
    • Responsible for greeting incoming patients in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Completes pre-visit planning, including contacting patients for updated insurance information and verifying patient records.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Responsible for registering new patients and verifying patient information for existing patients.
    • Collects co-pays and payments as needed.
    • Answers inbound calls to schedule patients and serves as a liaison to clinical staff for patient questions.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Completes outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments.
    • Provides exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance
    • Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Strong computer skills and experience with medical software preferred.

Compensation
