Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager to support our critical classified initiatives. This role involves contributing to the development and maintenance of essential classified infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee cross-functional projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with various business units to gain insights into their processes, identify challenges, and develop effective solutions.
- Establish a strategic roadmap for the infrastructure, security, and software support of classified programs.
- Innovate and refine internal processes to enhance collaboration across teams.
- Maintain proactive communication regarding organizational objectives and updates with leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Over 7 years of experience managing complex technical programs in dynamic environments.
- Proficient in project management methodologies with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Capable of navigating uncertainty and independently resolving issues.
- Experience in classified settings is essential.
- Must hold and maintain a U.S. TS Security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in IT systems, information security, network engineering, or compliance.
- Familiarity with project management software is advantageous.
- Passion for cutting-edge technology.
