Customer Engagement Success Manager and Technical Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Success Manager and Technical Trainer to join our team at Kaltura. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the long-term success of our customers while also delivering technical training sessions to enhance their proficiency with our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to guide them towards product adoption
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, identify key performance indicators, and support them in achieving their goals
  • Manage accounts at scale, perform check-ins and renewals, identify opportunities for account expansion, and develop mitigation plans for at-risk customers
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for Kaltura's customers, adapting to their specific needs and knowledge levels
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or technical training, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex product functionalities
  • Experience in developing and delivering technical training sessions to diverse audiences
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups and facilitating interactive learning sessions
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customers
