About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Quantifind. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their goals by delivering high-quality solutions.

You will work closely with our Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to ensure that we meet our customer commitments within schedule. Your role will involve coordinating internal tasks, onboarding clients, and being proficient in our software products.

By keeping the product team updated on customer engagement, you will have input in defining what product concepts are prioritized. A successful candidate will play an integral role in keeping our customers satisfied and our engineers focused on the highest value activities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal tasks to ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Onboard clients and ensure they are proficient in our software products
  • Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to meet customer commitments
  • Keep the product team updated on customer engagement and provide input on product concept prioritization
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a major in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a STEM Field
  • 0-5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry or Public Sector with AML or Risk technologies experience desired
  • Excellent communication skills with a balance between business and technical acumen
  • Good organizational skills and ability to excel at task management and prioritization
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and ability to set and manage customer expectations
  • Team player with high attention to detail and ability to understand new software

We operate an informal hybrid schedule around hubs in Palo Alto, California, Washington D.C., New York City, New York, and Boston, Massachusetts. Due to the location of our clients, our preference is an East Coast-based candidate, with Atlanta, Georgia, and New York City, New York, preferred.
