About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at First Street, a leading provider of physical climate risk data. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in implementing and onboarding new customers, managing relationships, and driving adoption of our climate risk solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and evolve First Street's Customer Success strategy
  • Work closely with our sales team, product team, and climate science team to ensure maximum product value and identify opportunities to expand engagement
  • Champion customer goals and track upcoming renewals to ensure retention and expansion of relationships
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify opportunities for customer upsell and cross-sell
  • Scope, implement, and execute quarterly business reviews with key customers
  • Gather and synthesize product feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role with at least 3+ years of dedicated CSM experience with a B2B software product
  • Track record of high retention rates
  • Strong sense of urgency and desire to move the needle
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and influence key decision makers at all levels
