Enterprise Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at First Street, a leading provider of physical climate risk data. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in implementing and onboarding new customers, managing relationships, and driving adoption of our climate risk solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and evolve First Street's Customer Success strategy
- Work closely with our sales team, product team, and climate science team to ensure maximum product value and identify opportunities to expand engagement
- Champion customer goals and track upcoming renewals to ensure retention and expansion of relationships
- Partner with Account Executives to identify opportunities for customer upsell and cross-sell
- Scope, implement, and execute quarterly business reviews with key customers
- Gather and synthesize product feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role with at least 3+ years of dedicated CSM experience with a B2B software product
- Track record of high retention rates
- Strong sense of urgency and desire to move the needle
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and influence key decision makers at all levels
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience

- Hybrid Schedule with in-office work days on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
