Peraton Space Technology Services (STS) is the primary contractor on the Environmental Test and Integration Services III (ETIS III) contract. The Environmental Test and Integration Facilities at GSFC are crucial in ensuring that spacecraft and experimental payloads can endure the challenges of launch and function effectively in the space environment. Our facilities are at the forefront of advancing innovative spaceflight systems, making them among the most comprehensive testing complexes within the United States Government.

As the ETIS Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all business support functions related to the ETIS III contract. This position entails ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, managing financial reporting, and maintaining cost control tailored to program needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the successful execution of contractual and financial obligations for ETIS III.
  • Implement corporate financial policies and strategic plans.
  • Direct the accounting, finance, cash management, and budgeting functions for ETIS III.
  • Analyze current costs against projections and inform relevant personnel.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate property-related reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely preparation of subcontracts and financial documentation.
  • Develop task plans or estimates in response to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customer representatives and program staff.
  • Collaborate with technical management to negotiate contract modifications and establish supplier relationships.
  • Oversee procurement administration, including audits and variance analyses.
  • Implement all necessary cost, schedule, and property management procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in business management or program control. Alternatively, 14 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Experience with federal contracts and subcontracts.
  • Proven track record in budget tracking and task management.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing personnel within a represented workforce.
