Job Title: Network Administrator

At Air Comm, we are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability and security of our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and data transmission across all systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network servers, hardware, software, services, and settings
  • Recommend, implement, and enforce security standards to protect against cyber threats
  • Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Provide technical support and training to employees on network systems and applications
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in network administration
  • Comprehensive knowledge of networking concepts, computing infrastructures, and troubleshooting
  • Proven skills in network engineering, operations, and performance analysis
  • Experience with leading server management and monitoring tools
  • Strong communication skills for training, assisting end-users, and interacting with leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with VPN and MFA technologies
  • Experience with Fortinet Firewalls and Access Points, Watch Guard Firewalls, Mimecast, and LANSweeper
  • Experience with Synology Appliances and Backup Applications
  • Experience with either EMC SANs or other storage units and either Cisco or Dell switches
  • MS SQL experience a plus

The noise level in the work environment varies from quiet to loud.

30% travel may be required during project-based activities along with routine visit schedules
