We are seeking a motivated and inclusive professional to take on the role of Retail Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership

  • Work alongside the Store Manager to manage and allocate tasks effectively, ensuring the successful execution of strategies throughout the store.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and communicate essential metrics and expectations, covering areas such as sales, visual presentation, operations, safety, loss prevention, human resources, payroll/scheduling, and training.
  • Mentor and develop store associates, focusing on performance management and professional growth to cultivate a strong talent pool.

Product Knowledge

  • Drive sales initiatives related to your position while serving as the Manager on Duty (MOD).
  • Partner with the Store Manager and other Assistant Store Managers during seasonal planning and execution.

Results Driven

  • Analyze performance metrics through reporting, translating data into actionable strategies to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure all customers receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service, modeling a positive attitude and enthusiasm in all interactions.

Communication and Teamwork

  • Maintain regular communication with the management team regarding sales performance, customer feedback, and associate training and performance.
  • Stay informed about store initiatives and communications, sharing relevant information with associates as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A keen sense of personal style and a passion for design and home furnishings.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or retail leadership.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent; an Associate degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven skills in delegation to support effective execution and results.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a culture centered on success and teamwork.

Compensation: Minimum Starting Rate: $24.00 Hourly; Up to: $32.50 Hourly. Pay ranges will be adjusted as necessary to comply with applicable state and local laws. In addition to your salary, associates may be eligible for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives based on their role.
