Front Desk Ambassador

LIVunLtd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Concierge to join our team in the surrounding market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming experience for our residents.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners. You will be responsible for providing personalized service, arranging premium tickets to in-demand shows, sporting events, and concerts, and ensuring that all residents' needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent LIVunLtd's style and culture, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for residents.
- Greet residents in a warm and professional manner, making them feel welcome and anticipating their needs.
- Arrange premium tickets to in-demand shows, sporting events, and concerts.
- Act as the point of reference for residents who need assistance or information, attending to their wishes and requirements.
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and nearby venues and businesses to make suitable recommendations.
- Answer phone calls, make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail, and redirect calls.
- Respond to complaints and strategize to find an adequate solution.
- Maintain quality service by enforcing customer service standards and analyzing and resolving customer service problems.
- Be conducive in maintaining an orderly and clean workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all LIVunLtd policies and procedures, and productivity standards.
- Perform other additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location and upon the request of your manager.
- 1-3 years of high-end customer service experience (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of local businesses, entertainment venues, and travel options.
- Great instincts and excellent communications skills.
- Genuine desire to provide amazing customer service.
