Job Title: Front Desk Customer Service Representative

At Goldfish Swim School, we're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our members and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephones, respond to inquiries, and take messages in a professional manner.
  • Process student registrations using effective sales and customer service techniques.
  • Schedule and manage birthday and pool parties, supervising staff as needed.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist clients with purchases and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area, snack shack, changing areas, restrooms, and observation area.
  • Monitor the snack shack area and provide guidance to staff as needed.
  • Check voicemail and email correspondence and respond in a timely manner.
  • Update informational displays with accurate and timely promotions and literature.
  • Provide administrative support to management personnel as needed.
  • Make collection calls to resolve open account problems.
  • Prepare student lesson schedules for use by instructors and management staff.
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and administer first aid when necessary.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Two years of previous customer service and/or administrative office experience required.
  • Intermediate level computer skills required, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and other software systems.
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required.
