Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective support to retail PCA and Ambassador team in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate and lead daily prioritization, scheduling, client appointments, and oversee client orders and travel plans
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal and external parties for business-related issues
  • Prepare client communication, elevated appointments/gestures, metric reports, and meeting minutes
  • Engage in ad-hoc assignments as needed

Requirements & Proficiencies:

  • At least 2 years of solid working experience in an administrative capacity
  • Maintain outstanding organizational skills in both oral and written communications
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with X-Store is ideal
  • High integrity and respect confidentiality, with the ability to maintain composure and activate troubleshooting strategies when needed
  • Positive demeanor, client relationship building skills, and an innovative spirit
  • Proactive, agile, organized, presentable, and detail-minded
