Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and members, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all who visit our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch service to members and patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Manage patient flow through the clinic, ensuring timely and efficient processing of appointments and transactions
  • Utilize point of sale software to complete transactions and maintain accurate patient accounts
  • Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients to our clinic
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and support the growth of our business

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Previous sales experience and strong phone and computer skills a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with members and patients
  • Willingness to learn and grow with our company
