Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at our Madison clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our physicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families
  • Manage front desk receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, greeting patients, and ensuring accurate patient information
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining on-time schedules
  • Retrieve and file patient records as needed
  • Collect payment from patients and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to team effort by assisting with additional duties and supporting colleagues as needed
Requirements:
  • Experience in a healthcare or administrative setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a drug test and background check
