Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate critical issues to management, facilitating swift resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and managers to find innovative solutions to complex customer problems.
  • Feedback Mechanism: Collect and share customer feedback with the team, driving continuous product and service improvement.
  • Product Familiarization: Stay up-to-date on new products and services, ensuring seamless support to customers.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to new customer service agents, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with practical experience in help desk software and CRM systems.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to respond under pressure.
