Business Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Service Manager to join our team at Equus Workforce Solutions. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing talent employment strategies that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business and industry leaders to identify and develop talent employment strategies that meet business objectives
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff to ensure successful project deliverables and workforce services contract implementation
  • Collaborate with the Project Director to identify opportunities for system and process improvements that enhance organizational capacity
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities and referral sources to increase job placement levels
  • Enhance organization visibility and brand through professional networks and organizations that foster collaborative partnerships
  • Stay informed about key business initiatives, performance evaluations, and budget resources to ensure effective service delivery
  • Coordinate networking and strategic recruitment initiatives to support business customers and connect job seekers to employment opportunities
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in ensuring compliance and administering policies and procedures
  • Serve on work groups and manage special projects and assignments as required
  • Provide effective training and support and supervise staff performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years in workforce development or related business support model
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining business partnerships
  • Strong business acumen and ability to apply innovative and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven supervisory skills and ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company
